My name is Pauliina, Maa Nispruh Shambhavi. I'm a multidisciplinary creative, arts consultant, and project leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of art, wellbeing, and social impact. I've negotiated with policymakers, secured significant funding, and worked alongside ministries to embed culture into health and social systems. But what shapes me just as deeply are the things that rarely go on a CV.

I'm the mother of a neurodiverse son. The daughter of an MS patient. A caregiver who has sat beside the dying — and the wife of a man who crossed oceans to build a new life with me. I am also a heart patient myself. These experiences have given me not just empathy, but insight — into fragility, resilience, and what truly matters in life.

My work brings together policy-level strategy and soul-level sensitivity. This kind of diamonds you rarely meet. Whether I'm designing participatory art for hospitals, mentoring international projects, or writing poetry, I hold space for transformation.

I love telling stories and setting visual atmosphere around it, with a big heart and deep sound from the soul. I walk with a notebook and a camera with me, always. People give me feedback of making them cry, to stop their daily routines and think what they just have read. Even strangers have told me I have had a huge impact in their life. I want to use this skill for genuine surroundings, to impact values and truth around us.
