On today's fast-paced working life, many people live disconnected from their own bodies — constantly in their minds, multitasking, and absorbing a constant flow of external demands. This disconnection can lead to stress, burnout, and a gradual loss of meaning. I have suffered from palpitations, migraine and back pain in my working life and it led me to learn about myself in new levels. Now I can hear my body, through the pain and messages it delivers. I am happy to teach and support others on this way too. 

Yogic wisdom

I am a kriya yogi, student of Indian kriya yoga guru Swami Nispruh Spandan. He initiated me in kriya yoga 2019 by giving the name Maa Nispruh Shambhavi, Mother Shambhavi. Since that I have been teaching meditation, yoga asanas and mindset skills to my customers in private and public groups. 

Art Of Silence®️ on finding your inner voice

This is my own method, created in pandemic year for helping individuals in pressure, stress and remote work alone to handle their feelings of fear, alienation and loneliness. I have teached the method internationally and I use it as part of my lectures and keynotes to people feel more home in their bodies & minds. 

TRE as part of stress release

I have studied TRE method®️ for releasing tress, trauma and tension from your body. I use it also as a healing tool for myself. It can be used for anyone and importance is to have safe instructor in your process. I combine it for my yoga trainings and art sessions too, if needed.
